Technology in Education

Technology in Education

In the 21st century, instructional technology is being used in classrooms all around the World and in an alarming rate. For teachers and students to have any use of this technology in education, it has to be innovating, robust, and effective. Also, one must realize that technology in education is just a tool to help assist in education for the teacher and student. For in this digital World, students need to know how to use these digital devices. Here are just a few of what technology in education will look like:

Summary of Creating My Blog

I like doing this kind of stuff. I feel happy because it makes me feel real good. It beats having to sit in front of a blackboard for eight hours five days a week. My first experience with blogging was back a year and some months ago, and I was pretty much about to give it up. This was hard doing at the beginning but as usual things began to become clear. I discovered that blogging, wikiing, and creating courses in CourseSites.com, are very good activities as well as learning tools to administer to learners. Because as long as these kinds of tools are in use, we teachers had better get on the band wagon to be able to keep up with them. This stuff is here to stay I tell you and we better be welcoming it aboard. Although it took about three hours for me to freshen up using blogging again compared to four days when I first encountered blogging a year and some ago. I just like to this mention this since it’s such coincidence. Today, I was watching a movie on DISH called Julie/Julia. It was about a married young girl becoming a famous writer re-writing Julia Child’s receipts using a blog. I started my blog an hour before I started watching the movie; besides, I came in when the movie was half way over. But I feel really inspired because I truly didn’t know that blogs could be that powerful. This movie showed and convinced that they can and if you know how to use them.
